Budget with member prices

NOTE! This FAQ is only applicable if hourly types AND Project member prices are used to indicate cost and sales prices of employees

In order to calculate diet and sales prices, you need to allocate employees to the various tasks. In addition, be sure to allocate hours to each employee under the Allocation tab. Be aware of the following regarding the project member price under the Members tab:

  • If the field is left blank, the task’s hour type is used to indicate cost and sales prices
  • If you enter DKK 0, the hourly type cost is used and the sales price is set to DKK 0 in the calculation
  • If an amount is entered, this is used to indicate the sale price, while the hour type determines the cost price

In the project form under the Budget tab, the finances of the project are created and calculated. in the Hourly Budget (DKK) field.

Please note that the calculation is only performed if there are hours allocated to employees on the individual tasks.

If you work with a fixed price project, the agreed price is entered in the Timebudget (DKK) field and a check mark is set in Fixed price.

You also have the opportunity to enter a budget for the expected payment of KM money.

It is possible to add other financial items to the project budget by using Add Budget Lines.

From the drop-down list, select the budget item to add (the list contains the types of outlay created with unit DKK in the management menu)

Enter respectively. cost and sales prices for the budget line, and a note can be added

If the budget line is included in the fixed price, the selling price is set at DKK o

In the lower part of the screen, the calculations of respectively. cost and sales prices DB Budget%, DB Factor, DB Budget and the note for the individual budget lines.

During budget making you have the option to pull 3 reports which can be printed directly or opened as PDF.
