Time registration is indispensable
At AKQA, time registration is the cornerstone of the business. It forms the entire basis for the invoicing of its customers.

AKQA was founded in 1995 and is today one of Denmark’s biggest digital agencies. It provides analysis, strategies and concepts as well as the design, development and implementation of digital and mobile solutions.

AKQA has always used time registration to document the scope of tasks while also ensuring that customers are invoiced correctly.

Simple and time-saving
AKQA has worked with many different time registration tools over the years, but switched to EazyProject at the start of 2011 – and has not regretted the change.

‘We switched to EazyProject to get an easier and quicker way of registering hours, which we have got. I would think that each employee spends half an hour less per week on time registration in EazyProject compared to the system we had before.

This might not sound like much, but when you have upwards of 80 employees then this time mounts up.’

Relevant reports create an overview
Based on the time registrations made in EazyProject, managers and employees can extract from projects and combine reports that match the individual’s need for information.

‘Our project managers have noted that it has become much easier to keep track of their projects. EazyProject offers different reports and extraction possibilities that give a better overview than what we worked with previously. In addition, we can also combine reports that support the general business processes from when a project starts until it is completed and invoiced.’

Integration with payroll and finance systems
EazyProject offers the opportunity for data exchange with other systems, including payroll and finance systems. AKQA has thus been able to automate the process for absence registration. Whereas before it was necessary to enter the employees’ absences manually into the payroll system, now this information can be retrieved in EazyProject and entered directly into Lessor. It is time-saving and eliminates typing errors.
