The challenge
Temporal project management: Project management in Microsoft Project with time registration on the side in Excel spreadsheets, with no relation to resource planning. No real-time overview.

Time registration: Individual time registration in Excel spreadsheets with subsequent summing up in another Excel spreadsheet. No real-time overview.

Resource management: Resource planning and subsequent management was done manually in an Excel spreadsheet without real-time overview.

The solution
Standard EazyProject leased solution with emphasis on project management and daily, weekly and long-term planning in resource management. Time registration is done via PC and mobile phone and the resource planning offers the potential for Outlook integration.

Whereas previously we managed it with spreadsheets, with the help of EazyProject we achieve more precise knowledge about all of our projects and resources, both in the short and long term.

The result
The solution gathers together all the tasks in a visually attractive overview with real-time data. Being able to see the time needed for an individual project and the individual employee workload in conjunction with the bigger picture gives Cryptera A/S an effective way of managing and handling projects.
