What made you get in contact with EazyProject?
As it was just myself in the company I used other systems, each of which could do the job in terms of project management, CRM etc., but when I started hiring employees then we needed to be able to manage our projects in a different way, manage processes using Kanban boards etc.

What sort of challenges were you facing?
We had too many systems: one for hours, one for tasks and a third one for managing our customers. It was too confusing.

What value has EazyProject added to your business?
Overview. The system is located in the cloud, and this enables us to work across destinations. This is very important for us.

What do you consider to be EazyProject’s greatest strength?
It’s a strong parameter that the system is online. In addition, the support is also one of EazyProject’s strengths, as it is so accessible as it is, and it is in Danish. We greatly value the fact it is in Danish.

How satisfied are you with our approach to helping implement EazyProject?
We were extremely satisfied with the consultant’s efforts to get the system implemented for us, and we got excellent help in reaping the benefits of the relevant functions in terms of our company’s processes. Also subsequently, when we needed some advice about how to get the best possible use from the system. I have really appreciated that.

They responded really well to it.

How have you found the collaboration with EazyProject?
It has worked out really well.

What do you think about the level of EazyProject support?
It’s good. They don’t always give us a direct answer, but they always come back to us with a response.

If you were to recommend EazyProject to others, what would you focus on primarily in your recommendation?
The scalability. When you go from one employee to more. I regret not having introduced a similar system when I started up my first company many years ago. Because it’s such a big job to get started later, when you already have customers and project numbers. Get the system from the start! And then it’s great to have the system online and always be able to keep track of your projects, wherever you are.
